I'm crazy over Aztec, tribal prints. I actually bought a body con dress recently that had that print on it. I had sort of predicted the arrival of this trend, I don't know if you had read that entry, in the portfolio that I made when I tried to apply for a scholarship last year.

I wanted to try this bralette trend. I think I once said to myself that I will never pull this kind of top. But I'm taking back what I said because I'll never know till I try. I can be fickle-minded like that. Haha!

Classic way. Who would have thought you can wear this at the office. Just don't forget to cover it with cardigan or a blazer or you'll probably be reprimanded by your boss. Haha!

Bohemian style. I believe cropped tops are actually owned and popularized by boho chicks. For a summery vibe, you can pair it with a bright maxi skirt or florals (as you can see on the first photo). For a chic look, use neutral or muted colors like the on second photo.

I am not a sneaker-freak kind of girl. But I do love, wear and appreciate them every once in a while. I am actually looking for a rusted-color, velvety, high-cut Adidas sneakers. I saw it worn by some girl I met during one advocacy in Laguna. I tried looking for it on the Adidas website but these two pairs are the closest thing I can find. I love the touch of gold and sleek style, though. :)

I am lusting for this white Mango blazer! It's somewhat expensive so I might look for an alternative that has almost the same quality and look. While saving for it as well, just in case I cannot find an alternative.

AND CAN I JUST SAY THAT I LOVE HER HAIR? I had my curls chopped off almost a week ago. My hair now looks closely like this, slightly longer on the front tips. But when I saw her photos, SHE MAKES ME WANT TO DYE MY HAIR BLONDE. Oh my gosh. Hahaha!

And oh, my brother just turned 20 last Wednesday! :)

1. Busy week

Finalizing items for collection release, patient assistance, hospital visit.

2. Pretty Little Liars catch-up

I had missed the episodes after they had a season break. I spent my Friday night and Saturday morning watching. :) (If you're like me who doesn't like downloading weekly episodes just to catch up, check telepisodes.net! I swear, it's the quickest fix for your missed episodes from your favorite shows.)

3. Ralph Lauren F/W 2012

One of my favorite collections from NYFW. I love the muted colors of browns and grays and the transition to blacks and golds. I love the androgynous outfits. I love the glamorous pieces towards the end of the show. I love the newsboy caps, bowler hats, heeled oxfords and brogues, manly trench coats, bedazzled necklines, chunky and layered necklaces.

I know, I know. I'd been posting a lot about international fashion week. (Trust me, this would be my last. Promise!) I accumulated tons of photos that it's nearly impossible to notice recurrent items or predicted trends on the runway so I decided to make photosets. Slippers trend is just pretty. This is the needed reform against ballet flats. I love my ballet flats and I have anything against it but these slippers are a breath of fresh air to our flats selection. I actually posted slipper designs I plan on buying in my former entry.

I was never a fan of mint green or seafoam green but now I am! :) Fabric hunt soon!

Nicki Minaj is not included in my favorite looks for the Grammy's but this really is something my eyes can't even miss. Oh, Red Riding Hood! Bring your own pope, really? Hahaha!

4. Valentine's

Yiiiiiiiiiiiiii. For the first time, my brother actually bought me something for watchumacallit thingamajinga. Hahahahaha! I was so surprised! Finally, may tumama din na magbigay sakin nito! Yay, thanks brotha!

5. Eye strain on a no-work day.

I finished scanning the entire episodes of City Hunter the. whole. day. My eyes were starting to hurt by afternoon but whatever. Haha! I will still watch the Tagalog dubbed though since it beats reading subtitles and I hit the fast forward key to some scenes. I was excited to see if the main characters are going to be together in the end. Haha! (Note: If you don't know what I am talking about, this show is an action koreanovela. With a tinge of love. Tough love.) See, this is why I stay away from koreanovelas. I'm not a die-hard fan. I pick the ones with stories I can relate to or something I haven't heard before. But once I get hooked, I get hooked so bad. Temporary obsession, if you may call it. I remember, once in college, I got hooked in one koreanovela that I try to wake up earlier than my usual waking time just so I can watch even one episode while eating breakfast and fixing my things for school. Hahaha! What can I say, may ka-jologan din talaga ako minsan. Hahaha!

6. OB Graduation!

Let's hope my skin will be just fine without my meds so I won't have to see her anytime soon! Yay for the hormonal break! Haha!
